Kimberly has expressed the fact that she is very satisfied with her service from last week as she was recommended to Gray’s from CAA as she has recently moved from Tennessee she did not know where to take her vehicle but she is therefore very happy that she was recommended to Gray’s. She also expressed that she is very delighted with Charlene who talked to her previous shop in Tennessee for her in regard to a concern with a raddle noise and Charlene ended up saving her almost a grand in parts and labor as the raddle noise came from a previously replaced part that Charlene figured is still warrantied. She has also mentioned the fact that she is recommending Gray’s all over the place in person and she has made it a point to mention that she is recommending Gray’s on social media as well.

I was speaking with Duane Dawson on a thank you call for Sackville. He said he was “very happy.” He said that he used to go to Sackville Tire and about two years ago he had a flat tire that they told him couldn’t be fixed, so he brought it to Gray’s OK Tire. He said that the tech fixed it right up and it lasted until he sold the vehicle. So he said that ever since then, any tire problems he has he takes it to Gray’s now and that he’ll keep coming back. He also said the service was quicker than he expected and that the guys were great.
